Who are we?
DNA Magazine UK is a quarterly literary micro magazine for anyone curious about the lives and experiences of others. It is devoted to the craft of detailing personal memories and sharing them with other people. It peers through the front window of someone’s life to get a split-second snapshot of a human experience before walking on.
Despite what Andy Warhol may have said, not everyone will get their fifteen minutes of fame. Very few people will live interesting lives worthy of being recorded in published memoirs and autobiographies. But that doesn’t mean that we don’t have stories that deserve sharing – extraordinary tales from seemingly ordinary lives. Storytelling is an essential part of our cultural DNA, after all.

(Editor-in-Chief and Art Director)
I'm a recent graduate of Creative Writing and Publishing from Bath Spa University with a curious thirst to know what its like to be somebody else. The world is full of wonderfully individual people with their own version of reality and I want to explore as many of these as I possibly can. I also work as the Art Editor at Firefly Magazine.
I am a Creative Writing graduate of Bath Spa university who loves history and the everyday story’s of those who live through it. I enjoy both reading and writing non-fiction, and think that it is in the experience of the layman that we learn something about the human experience as a whole. I am currently working on a short story collection based in the London blitz and waffle on about food here
